ORION 45 - 63

 ORION has been conceived to clean clichés in photo-polymer after the printing.
This process involves the whole clearing of any kind of ink from the plate, the rinsing and the drying, which makes the cliché ready to be stored.
The machine is a strong unit with tank in PVC and internal parts in stainless steel, well finished with acid resistant paint.
A microprocessor computer controls the whole working cycle: washing, rinsing, drying, as well as the feeding speed.
ORION is equipped with two tanks containing the washing product and the rinsing product respectively. Liquids are introduced into the tanks through pumps.
The washing liquid and the rinsing water are constantly recycled and filtered, allowing to save in use and respect the environment.
ORION has been designed equipped with rollers that can be easily taken away and extractable filtering unit that is mounted on wheels to minimize the time for cleaning and assistance.
Each model is composed of: Washing tank, Rinsing tank, Dryer group, All models are self-contained units.
ORION doesn't need to be connected to the water line.

Conveyor
In case of big productions of clichés, the systems of polishing are fitted out with conveyor as optional. it  must be connected to the cleaning units, in order to make uniform their respective speeds.
By placing the clichés on the carpet conveyor, it enters automatically into the cleaning units. Each  unit has its specific conveyor.
