The worktable is equipped with two side and one back millimetric adjustable squares.
Two adjustable side blowing points.
Central front blowing point with adjustable height and air power.
Two sectors drum with internal suction adjusting on the power and on the line of suction to the point of tangency moved by a mechanic pomp.
Millimetric regulation of the double sheet through mechanic locking adjustable horizontally and vertically.
Manual sheet feeding up to 500 mm paper pile and automatic lifting through an engine.
Supplied with high and low stopping stroke and with automatic lifting and coming down device controlled by an optical photocell installed on the central arm to permit the regulation of the different paper sizes.
Maximum size of sheet up to 500x700 mm. Speed and tension of the dragging sheet carpet can be set.
Micrometric adjustable support square. Speed and tension of the sheet dragging carpet can be set.
The balls guide regulate the sheet; different types of balls (plastic or iron balls) are available depending on the paper thickness.
The sheet feeder is arranged with electrical connection to other units for simultaneous processing (creasing, punching and folding).
Adapt to be connected with: creasing machines, laminating machines, UV coaters, folding machines,
inkjet printers, and much more.
