MINIMIR- Art. 853

Bench model available in two versions:
Art 853 manual feeding
Art. 853 A with automatic friction feeder

 

The manual model can be connected at any time to the automatic friction table for obtaining the automatic model.
Both models are equipped with a blade for the microperforation of the film, allowing the manual tear separation of the sheets which can be made by working one side only.
As standard, the machines are supplied with:

 

double reels holder shaft allowing to operate on both sides simultaneously. This operation needs the film to be cut:
automatic cutting unit CUT 52 Art. 852 can be used;
electronic boards allowing to adjust the working speed and
to control the temperature of the rollers. By operating on one side only, it is possible to exclude the heating of one of
the two rollers, according to the operator’s need.

The machine can take 25 to 250 micron film. The version with friction uses the feeding table for the automatic overlapping of the
sheets which, besides having the adjustable feeding speed, can control the delay that states the measure of the overlapping of
one sheet on the other. The model with manual feeding can cover papers till 350 gr/m2, while the model with friction feeder can
cover papers till 250gr/m2.
